Leyla Ghobadi​

Leyla is a French Canadian-Persian contemporary artist based in Montreal, known for her bold, large-scale canvases that blend Japanese manga influences with rough or glossy resin finishes.

Leyla invites collectors to choose their own superhero or life icon, transforming personal inspiration into striking statement pieces. Her art, often layered with subtle personal notes, is both expressive and immersive—“You have to see my art to understand it,” she says.

 

Leyla believes art shapes imagination and nurtures creativity. She also offers private art therapy sessions, responding to increasing interest in creative wellness.
